What services does Studio JAJ provide?

Studio JAJ provides three main services: Architecture Design (residential and commercial), Interior Design (from material concepts to furniture placement), and Landscape Design (gardens and outdoor areas). All three services can be taken separately or as an integrated package.

What sets Studio JAJ apart from other design consultants?

Studio JAJ combines over a decade of experience, a personal approach with every client, and a commitment to construction document quality. We do not use generic templates; every project is custom-designed according to the land, needs, and character of the client. Clients also get a single point of contact throughout the project.

Cost and Timeline

How much does design cost?

Design fees are calculated based on building area, project complexity, and scope of selected services. Initial consultation is free and without obligation. After understanding your needs, we will provide a transparent written proposal. Please contact us via WhatsApp for an initial estimate.

How long is the design process?

Duration depends on project scale. For standard residences (150-300 m2): concept design 2-3 weeks, design development 3-4 weeks, construction documents 2-3 weeks. Average total 6-10 weeks. Large-scale projects or those with many revisions may require longer.

Process and Deliverables

How many revisions are allowed?

During the concept design stage, clients receive a maximum of 3 revision rounds. Revisions during design development and construction documents are available as agreed in the contract. We encourage open discussion from the start so revisions can be minimized and the project runs efficiently.

What is included in the deliverables?

The standard package includes: site plan and floor plans, building elevations (4 sides), sections, architectural details, 3D exterior and interior visualization, structural drawings, and MEP drawings (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). All files are delivered in digital format (PDF + DWG/DXF) and A3 print.

Payment and After-Sales

What is the payment system?

Payment is made in stages: 30% upfront as a commitment fee, 40% after concept design is approved, and 30% upon delivery of all construction documents. We accept bank transfers and do not accept cash payments outside the office.

Is there consultation after the project is complete?

Yes. Studio JAJ provides technical support during the construction period, answering technical questions from contractors and conducting site reviews upon client request. This after-sales service is included in the package and lasts until construction is complete.
